Income, Poverty, & Health Insurance in 2009

New data from the U.S. Census Bureau show that 2009 was a horrible hear for working Americans. Compared to 2008, median household income was unchanged, the national poverty rate rose, and the number and share of the population lacking health insurance coverage increased.
